Piquant chef and owner Kirti Rahi gave up her career in information technology to pursue her passion for cooking and serving great food.
Kirti’s training at the Natural Gourmet School in New York City piqued her interest in the art and science of preparing gourmet meals with earth- friendly, organic ingredients.
The Piquant Bread Bar and Grill is Kirti’s attempt at bringing a little bit of Union Square to New Brunswick, New Jersey.
